Custom color services and alterations do add five (5) to ten (10) business days to the processing time. This is what we need to make your new Shhh wig, topper and hair extensions perfect for you. In some cases, your new wig, topper and hair extensions may be oversold; should this occur, we will reach out to you and we will reserve the next available one and will let you know our estimated ship date.
