Return Policy

***ALL SHHH Collections and Products are considered FINAL SALE items and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.*** 

Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit, We will Accept the merchandise exchange within14 days, absolutely no refunds will be given.

  If there is any quality problems with our items, 

★ Quality problem includes broken-hole, UN-sew, damage segment.
★ Non quality problem includes kink mark, press mark, little threads, wrong size selected.

 

Return Requirements:

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and un-perfumed.

Due to hygiene concerns the following cannot be returned:

Swimwear, intimates, stockings, hair accessories, hats, earrings, cosmetic / beauty products including self-tanners.

 

The color is shown differently because of different display and camera, and it’s not possible to make the dress to be completely the same like the advertisement picture as well as Aziz Max. Please take reference to our real photos of most styles.
The order is not cancelable after the order was arranged, but if you really need to change, please contact us within 12 hours after the order processed.
We don't cover the lost or stolen parcel by post service or by DHL which is authorized by receiver to leave at the front door, please offer a correct shipping address and don’t use PO Box address. Make sure you can accept the post service.

 

Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return.

Return Process

These are the following instruction on how you will return this item:

1- Choose your favorite shipping courier and send the item to our warehouse (address is provided in the form).
2-Please do note that once you already return the item please send us the copy of the return tracking details and the date of the returning parcel shipment.

5 - Please send us your purchase receipt and and cost of shipping.

As soon as we received the item, we will send you new set as ordered.

Store credit

Store credit is issued to accounts. If your

account has credit on it, make sure you are logged when you check out. Under ‘Payment Method’ on the checkout page, you will have the option to apply your credit to the order!

If you make a return and don’t have an account with us, we will create one for you using the email address associated with your original order. Also please note, accounts are not transferable between our Australian and US sites. If you have credit in Australian Dollars that you wish to use on the US site (or vice versa), please contact our Customer Care team at info@trackfit.org

 Turnaround time for returns

Our Returns Department tries to process all returns in a timely manner but please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once delivered to our office, particularly during busy periods such as the holidays.

 Note that the turnaround time for returns may fluctuate from time-to-time depending on the volume of returns received at our office.
